Our names are Henk and Marian Keidel and we heave had cockers since the day we married. The first one came from the animal home and since then, they have always been in our life PRIVATE.

When our children started going their own ways, we began to expand our hobby. We bought a bitch and went to a show every now and then. Our greatest pleasure, however, is going out walking in the forelands along the river Maas, where the dogs can run freely in nature. For a cocker, it is fantastic to look for traces and to hunt for hares and other wild animals. We live in Heumen, a little and quiet village on the river Maas south of the town of Nijmegen.

And this is what happens then: you go to a show, you start breeding a nest, you keep one pup for yourself and then you just cannot stop anymore.

At this moment, we have 4 cockers; we all bred them ourselves. We do go to shows regularly and we perform reasonably well.

Character and health are the most important issues for breeding. That means that we just breeding with dogs who are testing for genetic deflections, especially hips and ears.

Pups are born and growing up in and around the house for they leaving with the vaccination, worming and the right health certificate. But also important is, that they are good socialised with the help of my children and grandchildren.
